By creating an account, starting a trial, or using Mesora, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

Mesora is a subscription SaaS platform for restaurants to publish digital menus, accept QR-based orders, manage kitchen workflows, and operate admin tools. Features may vary by plan and we may update the product over time.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may occasionally affect the service.

You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

You must comply with applicable laws, respect guest privacy, and ensure you have appropriate rights to upload menus, images, and other content you publish through Mesora.

We may offer free trials or demo environments with limited features or duration. Demo data may be reset periodically and is not intended for production use.

Unless otherwise stated, trials convert to paid subscriptions according to the plan you select; you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges where applicable.

You may not misuse Mesora, attempt to breach security, interfere with other users, scrape the service without permission, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform or other customers, subject to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mesora SLL and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will post the revised version on https://mesora.app and update the "Last updated" date.

Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
